This favorita comes from the vineyard San Lorenzo, of 1,2 hectares in the area of Calupo di Rodello, 390 meters above sea level, hilly ground with clayey soil with an East South East exposure, belonging to Azienda Giribaldi Company owned by Mario Giribaldi.

The vineyard is composed exclusively of Favorita, with Italian cloning material. The training system is Casarsa modified with 4.000 vines per hectare.

A yellow colour with greenish golden reflexes; delicate and light. The variable fruity notes area evident to the nose. In the mouth it is pleasantly fresh with its slight acidity and perceptions of sage, esotic fruit and melon, which leaves then room for a soft full taste.
